At the moment we accept two ways of payment for this service

Then we will send you Special Code that you will use to unlock your phone.
2) If you have used Bank Transfer or Western Union you will receive a Special Code that you will enter to phone after we will collect money. After entering it into the phone and press OK your phone lock will have removed.

Question: If I unlock my phone via Remote Unlock will loose warranty on my phone ?

Question: What will happen if after entered by your Special Code phone will be still locked ? Do I will get refund ?
Answer: If you give us 100% true data so correct IMEI and type of phone this is not possible - we have unlocked hundreds of phones and this never happened because these codes are calculated directly from Nokia service's. Please note that you are responsible for giving bad IMEI, phone type or bad network name - no reclamation will be accepted if you give us wrong data and after sending you Master Code you will give us corrected one - please remember this before sending data to us.
Question: How long I must wait before I will unlock phone from date of placing order ?
Answer: Remove simlock via Remote Unlock so codes takes about 5 seconds but verification of your order may takes even 20 days (only with payment via Credit Card and from countries of high risk) so we suggest to choose Western Union and you will receive code in 48 hours maximally.
